IBM DS4300 disk array - Diagnostic data is available error
The following error in the event log of a DS4300 disk array suggests that a fault occurred.

However to find out what fault occurred support data needs to be collected and analysed.
From the SMclient go to "Advanced->Troubleshooting->Collect All Support Data..."
From the resultant saved zip file, open the file called "majorEventLog.txt" and view more detailed errors regarding this issue.
